Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for Gastroenterology products across the assigned region.
- Increase product penetration and market share across partner hospitals.
- Develop and lead channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to drive market share and business growth.
- Build and forecast a strong sales funnel.
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Achieve and outperform assigned sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company reporting policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:




- Experience in Sales and Market Development in the MedTech sector.
- Proven experience in delivering sales results through direct and channel partner efforts.
- Strong knowledge of relevant geographical markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- High ethical and performance standards with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
