Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Maintain good communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- This role will be under Third Party Payroll
- Language Mandatory : Telugu. Kannada, English
- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
- Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
