Position Summary

The Field Coordinator will support the implementation of project activities at the grassroots level and work closely with women beneficiaries, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community institutions, and local stakeholders. The role requires robust community engagement, mobilization, field monitoring, documentation, and coordination skills.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of field activities, maintaining beneficiary records, supporting training programs, and facilitating communication between the community and project team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Mobilization & Beneficiary Engagement

● Mobilize women beneficiaries and community members for project activities.

● Support formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and women collectives.

● Conduct household visits, community meetings, and awareness sessions.

● Facilitate participation of women in livelihood, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building activities.

● Build rapport with beneficiaries and ensure active community participation.

Project Implementation Support

● Support day-to-day implementation of project activities as per approved work plans.

● Coordinate training programs, workshops, and community events.

● Assist in organizing meetings, exposure visits, and stakeholder interactions.

● Ensure timely execution of activities at the field level.

● Identify implementation challenges and report them to the Project Coordinator.

3. Training & Capacity Building Support

● Assist trainers and resource persons during training sessions.

● Support beneficiary registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics.

● Follow up with beneficiaries after training programs.

● Encourage adoption of livelihood and enterprise development practices.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

● Coordinate with village leaders, Panchayat representatives, SHGs, and community institutions.

● Support engagement with local government departments and stakeholders
