Role & responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum production downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation-related issues.
- Handle maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines, Assembly Machines, Extrusion Machines, Packaging Machines, Leak Testing Machines, Printing/Marking Machines and other medical device manufacturing equipment.
- Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules, checklists and maintenance plans.
- Maintain complete and accurate machine history cards, breakdown records and maintenance reports.
- Follow GMP, EHS, 5S, SOP and QMS requirements during all maintenance activities.
