The Front-Line Technical Support Executive is responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving technical issues through video/audio calls. This role involves remote diagnostics, real-time troubleshooting, and providing effective visual guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a solid technical understanding—preferably in Generator Sets (Gen-Sets), Lift Repair, and Crane Repair. The ability to resolve issues efficiently and deliver a high standard of customer support is critical to maintaining our commitment to service excellence.
