About the Role

Canonsphere is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the Marketing Department. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating the marketing team and increasing Canonsphere's reach, engagement and visibility across digital platforms.





The ideal candidate should have strong communication, creative thinking, leadership and organisational skills with an understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase Canonsphere's reach, engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for workshops, competitions, communities, internships and other initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate the Marketing Department and delegate tasks effectively.
- Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotional content and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the Events, PR, Community, Content and Campus Ambassador Departments for integrated promotional activities.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and campaign outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities to improve audience growth and strengthen Canonsphere's digital presence.
