About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring requirements.
The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple positions in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience,
communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process in coordination with HR and management.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired and critical positions.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, market availability, and competitor hiring practices.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality-of-hire metrics.
