We are looking for a agile operations Manager for Fatehabad/Sirsa

at Eye Q. Key responsibilities include the following :

'1.Achievement of revenue, profitability, patient satisfaction and operational targets.

2.Monitor daily business performance including OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, optical, pharmacy, and outreach activities.

3.Track key operational and financial KPIs and implement corrective actions.

4.Implement business development initiatives and community outreach programs to enhance OPD and revenue

5.Identify opportunities for operational cost optimization without compromising quality

6.Monitor patient flow across registration, consultation, diagnostics, optical, pharmacy, OT, and discharge to optimize turnaround times.

7.Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, infrastructure, equipment,



and consumables.

8.Drive initiatives to reduce patient waiting time and improve service efficiency.

9.Resolve escalated patient grievances promptly and effectively.

10. Build, engage, and manage team, conduct performance reviews, coaching, and on-the-job training.

11. Keep check on Credits and outstanding (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate etc)

12. Maintenance & upkeep, budgeting & cost control, Inventory audit & management, Accounting & cash management

13. Reporting & MIS

14. Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and organizational policies
