The Engagement Manager works directly with campus administrators to put account strategy into action. Youre the day-to-day partner for a portfolio of institutions: running office hours, suggesting new ways to use the platform, and making sure the tools your clients rely on are being utilized the way their institution needs them to be. You know the PeopleGrove products inside and out, and you use that knowledge to help clients get real value out of their investment. This position requires approximately 15% travel. ;;

;Client Engagement Adoption
- ;Build and implement a scalable engagement strategy that fosters user adoption and engagement for your portfolio of clients.;
- ;Host meetings and office hours for your portfolio of clients to inform and coach on product usage and best practices aligned with strategy set with the client strategist. ;
- ;Provide engagement suggestions to clients based on their usage patterns and goals.;
- ;Monitor product usage and proactively flag opportunities to expand or deepen adoption.;




- ;Run one-on-one meetings to review progress toward goals and surface recent needs for key accounts.;
- ;Build and execute get-well plans for accounts showing signs of disengagement.;
