Your activities
- Manager - SCM & Procurement will be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities to ensure
- timely availability of materials for production at optimum cost, quality, and delivery performance. The role will support in supplier
- management, strategic sourcing, purchase order management, vendor development, inventory control, cost optimization, and
- procurement compliance.
- The candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to direct material procurement,
- supplier negotiations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Quality,
- and Finance teams
- The candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing subcontracting/job work operations, including identification and
- development of job work vendors, outsourcing of manufacturing processes, capacity augmentation, commercial negotiations,
- material movement control, and monitoring of quality and delivery performance of outsourced suppliers.

Your profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Industrial, Production Engineering or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing setting
- Exposure to Direct Material Procurement, Subcontracting/Job Work Management and Supplier Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material flow and cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, Planning, Stores and Finance.
