Job Description Regional Head (Product Distribution A2I & Corporate Business)

Location: South (Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore) or Central/East (MP / Eastern Belt)
Reporting To: Zonal Head
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Postgraduate (Preferred )

Role Objective:

The Regional Head Product Distribution will be responsible for executing zonal strategies at the regional level. The role includes corporate business acquisition, onboarding educational institutions under the A2I initiative, driving retail and digital activation and building strong local relationship networks to create sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Business Development
- Identify and acquire corporate clients for investment and risk management solutions including group gratuity, group superannuation, leave encashment, group term life, GMC, GPA and related offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong regional pipeline of corporate clients.
- Ensure effective servicing and retention of clients.
- Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

Education Ecosystem Development (A2I Initiative)
- Identify and onboard educational institutions within the region.
- Drive partnerships for internships, on-the-job training (OJT) and field projects.
- Coordinate with central teams for implementation of academic and engagement programs.
- Build long-term institutional relationships.

3. Retail & Digital Activation
- Execute regional campaigns for retail business generation.
- Support digital outreach initiatives and lead conversion.
- Facilitate walksite and B2B2C engagement models with.
- Ensure effective on-ground execution of business programs.

4. Relationship Management
- Build solid relationships with corporate stakeholders, HR teams, institutional leaders, professors, and administrative staff.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and institutions.
- Ensure continuous engagement and value delivery.

5. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a healthy pipeline
