We are looking for a GDA Trainer / Nursing Educator to provide theoretical and practical training to GDA students.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
- Teach basic patient care, hygiene, infection control, vital signs, first aid, and safety.
- Demonstrate basic nursing and patient-handling procedures.
- Assess students' practical skills and maintain training records.
- Prepare students for healthcare jobs and workplace requirements.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Teaching/training or hospital experience preferred.
- Positive communication and practical demonstration skills.
- Passion for training and mentoring students.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹45,200.06 per month
