Roles and Responsibilities
- Design plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for plumbing installations.
- Conduct site visits to inspect plumbing systems during construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineers to resolve design issues.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD), Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Domestic water supply
- Flushing/drainage systems
- Soil, waste and vent systems
- Rainwater drainage
- Pump sizing
- Water tank sizing
- Plumbing shaft planning
- STP/UGT/OHT coordination
- Fire water demand calculations
- Fire pump sizing
- Hydrant system
- Sprinkler system
- Fire alarm coordination
- Hose reel/hydrant layouts
- Fire water tank sizing
- Fire-fighting riser diagrams
- Fire-fighting BOQ
- Knowledge of NBC, relevant IS standards and local fire authority requirements.
