KNS Ceramics (Brand Build-x) is a professional tile installation company focused on bringing standardized processes, skilled manpower, modern tools and quality execution to the fragmented tile installation industry.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tile retail dealers across Delhi NCR and generating customer installation leads through this network.

Role & responsibilities
- Visit tile retail shops/dealers across Delhi NCR on a regular basis.
- Introduce and explain Build-X's professional tile installation services to dealers and their sales teams.
- Build robust relationships with tile shop owners, salespersons and showroom teams.
- Generate installation leads from customers purchasing tiles through these dealers.
- Regularly follow up with dealers so Build-X remains their preferred installation partner.
- Share Build-X project videos, completed-work photos, offers and marketing material with dealers.
- Maintain a database of dealers, visits, leads and follow-ups.




- Track which dealers are generating leads and develop stronger relationships with high-performing dealers.
- Coordinate with the Build-X team once a dealer provides a customer lead.
- Explore and onboard new tile dealers across assigned areas.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit and lead-generation reports.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / channel sales / dealer sales.
- Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, construction materials, interiors, hardware or related industries is preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
- Should be confident in meeting shop owners and salespersons personally.
- Should be comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic Excel/CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
- Most importantly: someone who enjoys field work, relationship building
