Business Development Executive – Corporate Travel & MICE

Tripyapa Private Limited is looking for an experienced, energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive – Corporate Travel & MICE – Business Development to grow our Corporate Travel, MICE, Incentive Tours, Group Tours and Domestic & International Holiday business.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the travel industry, particularly in B2B / Corporate Sales, MICE, Group Tours and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate & MICE Business Development

* Identify and approach corporates, schools, institutions and organizations that regularly organize MICE Tours, Incentive Tours, Corporate Tours, Group Tours and Educational Tours.

* Identify and connect with key decision-makers and concerned persons such as HR, Admin, Procurement, Travel Managers, Event Managers, Management and other relevant stakeholders.

* Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, references, networking and other channels.





* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and institutional customers.

* Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed domestic and international group bookings.

2. Domestic & International Tour Sales

* Promote and sell Domestic and International Holiday Packages to individual customers (FITs), families and groups.

* Generate sales through existing leads as well as self-generated leads.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and packages.

* Handle enquiries from initial discussion to quotation, negotiation, follow-up and final booking.

* Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.

3. Lead Generation & Marketing

* Proactively generate new business through online and offline marketing activities.

* Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media and other digital channels for lead generation.
