Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and Asset Management.
Expertise in software normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance processes.
Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, SAP, IBM, etc. ).
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery,



and ITAM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development best practices.
