L2 Support Engineer Screening Criteria (4-7 Years)
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- 4-7 years of experience in Production Support / Cloud Support / Platform Support / SRE / DevOps
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, EMR
- Solid experience with Docker
- Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Troubleshooting)
- Monitoring Logging Tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, ELK Stack
- Production Support Experience: Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Log Analysis, Application Performance Troubleshooting, Critical Incident Handling
- API Networking Knowledge: REST APIs, gRPC, API Troubleshooting, Networking Fundamentals
- ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
