About the Role

We are looking for a capable and proactive Manager - Legal to join our team in India. The role will support the wider function in delivering day-to-day operational and project requirements while working closely with the Dubai based team and other relevant stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including real estate transactional documents. The role will also involve providing day-to-day corporate legal advisory support, managing litigation and dispute-related matters,



and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability, sound legal and commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a rapid-paced and evolving business environment. Experience in real estate matters and/or prior exposure to the UAE or broader Middle East region will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned activities within Legal function and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial and real estate-related agreements, including property sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, vendor and procurement agreements, marketing agreements, technology agreements, and other business-related documentation.
