AWA Holidays is a growing travel and tourism company specialising in customised domestic and international travel experiences, flights, accommodation, tours, travel insurance and visa assistance.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Agent / Visa Consultant to join our growing team and take responsibility for managing visa applications and providing professional visa guidance to our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has robust knowledge of international visa procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping travellers turn their travel plans into reality.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Visa Agent, you will be responsible for managing visa applications from the initial client consultation through documentation, application submission and follow-up.
You will work closely with clients to understand their travel plans and circumstances, assess their visa requirements, identify documentation requirements, prepare and review applications,
and ensure that applications are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
The successful candidate should be confident dealing with clients and have a strong understanding of visa processes for multiple international destinations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Consultation & Visa Assessment
- Consult with clients to understand their travel plans, purpose of travel, intended duration and personal circumstances.
- Assess the appropriate visa category and eligibility requirements for each client.
- Explain visa requirements, procedures, expected processing times, fees and relevant conditions clearly to clients.
- Identify potential issues or weaknesses in an application and advise clients appropriately.
- Provide honest and professional guidance without making unrealistic promises regarding visa outcomes.
2. Documentation & Application Preparation
- Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive document checklists.
