Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Fieldglass and Service Management to join our Bengaluru team. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, supporting integrations, leading testing activities, and providing functional support across implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fieldglass, Service Management/Customer Service, Field Service processes, and SAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Lead workshops,



process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA functional processes.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP Fieldglass, including Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement/SOW.
- Configure and support Fieldglass business processes, workflows, approvals, suppliers, workers, rates, and reporting.
- Support integration between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, including:
- Service Orders
- Service Notifications
- Service Contracts
- Warranty Management
- In-House Repair
- Field Service
- Service Billing
- Customer Service
