Role & responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to on boarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies for attracting high-quality talent across various functions and levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate closures.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-8 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
- Exposure to stakeholder management and direct sourcing techniques.
