Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / Team Lead to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, and VoIP systems. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge along with team handling and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime
- Handle firewall, VPN, and SIP security
- Lead IT team and coordinate with clients/vendors
- Ensure SLA compliance and quick issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of VoIP (SIP, RTP)
- Linux Administration
- MySQL/MariaDB
- Networking (TCP/IP, NAT, QoS)
- Monitoring & logging tools
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Client communication and escalation handling

- Experience in multi-server environments
- RHCE / CCNA certifications preferred
