Job Description – Business Development Manager (Commercial Furniture)

The role involves working closely with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, PMCs, builders, and channel partners to identify project opportunities and convert them into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the commercial furniture segment.
- Develop leads through cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms, architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, architects, interior designers, PMCs, builders and dealers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements for workstations, office chairs, executive desks, conference tables, storage,



modular furniture and complete office furniture solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, BOQs and commercial offers.
- Handle negotiations and independently drive the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports.
- Monitor competitors, market pricing, customer requirements and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, logistics and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments and repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings.
- Develop long-term accounts and increase repeat business and referrals.
