₹50,000, Monthly, for a period of one year.

We are looking for a recent graduate for fellowship who want to build, execute and monitor governance frameworks from scratch from Tier 1 MBA / Graduates, Analysts, or Researchers. Proven skills in investment, governance, fund management, research, or market intelligence is a plus.
- ₹30,000 monthly fixed safety line
to provide basic financial stability and enable focused, independent execution of the role.
- ₹15,000 monthly performance component
upon completion of agreed KPIs, including capital-allocation accuracy, verification, accountability, risk management, and participant or project outcomes. You'll get a written definition of how "zero-capital waste" and "allocation accuracy" are calculated. In early-stage setups without precedents, fixed metrics can become moving targets but here there is none.



Each is fixed, mesaured ,and accountable and it is your fund allocaiton KPI not your performance.
- Measures include allocation accuracy, verification completeness, risk management, accountability, capital protection, and participant or project outcomes. You will receive written definitions of how “zero-capital waste” and “allocation accuracy” are calculated. Although this is an early-stage model without precedent, the measures are fixed, measurable, and accountable for each allocation period.
- ₹5,000
monthly reimbursement for accountability, verification, risk-management, sourcing, management, research, internet, AI, subscription, and other essential tools required to execute the role.
- A chance at incentives for managing higher pools when entrusted with investor-approved higher capital pools. Incentives will be defined for each pool based on its size, governance responsibility, risk controls, KPI per
