Get to Know the Role

The Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, you will work with Grabber Technology Solutions teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs, working with our teams and external implementation partners where required.

You will focus on managing change requests and project implementations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP setting, with an emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.



Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be an advantage.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Translate requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements and implementation plans.
- Assess the impact, risks, dependencies and priorities of proposed changes across finance processes, data, integrations and related applications.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, test-result validation and business approval.
