Job Responsibilities :
- Purpose of the Role - The Research Scientist is responsible for contributing to research and development programs by applying advanced scientific knowledge to solve complex technical problems. The role involves designing and executing experiments, generating insights, and supporting the development of current products, processes, or technologies. The individual works closely with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into scalable solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments, simulations, or studies aligned with project objectives
- Analyze experimental data and generate insights, conclusions, and recommendations
- Conduct literature reviews and technology scans to support research direction
- Develop and optimize processes, materials, or formulations (as applicable)
- Document research findings through reports, presentations, and technical papers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical applications
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during experimentation




- Maintain accurate and structured records of experiments and results
- Support scale-up, validation, and implementation of developed solutions
- Contribute to innovation pipelines by generating and evaluating new ideas
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all research activities
- Utilize analytical tools, software, and instrumentation effectively
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and participate in technical reviews
- Stay updated with advancements in the relevant scientific field
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research methodologies and practices

Education Requirement :
PhD in Engineering / Science
(e.g., Chemical, Polymer, Materials, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or related disciplines)

Experience Requirement :
- 0#3 years of experience (including doctoral research)
- Hands-on experience in experimental research, data analysis, and technical problem-s
