NP Foods is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager / HR Executive to manage HR operations across our restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance and supporting restaurant management with people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and support staff.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with Restaurant Managers and Operations Team.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personal files.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, incentives, deductions and payslips.
- Monitor PF, ESIC,



Skilled Tax and other statutory compliance in coordination with consultants/accounts.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace conflicts.
- Track employee performance, absenteeism, attrition and retention.
- Coordinate staff training, development and engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs and company rules are communicated and followed.
- Manage joining, confirmation, transfer and full & final settlement/exit formalities.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports including headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance and manpower status.
- Support management in improving employee productivity and workplace culture.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
