We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and well-groomed Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to gym members and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet gym members, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Handle front-desk operations and day-to-day reception activities.
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Explain gym membership plans, packages, facilities, and services to customers.
- Handle new member registrations, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain member records and basic reception-related documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and other gym staff regarding member requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive member experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.




- Support membership renewals and follow up with potential customers.

Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good appearance and professional grooming.
- Good manners and a pleasant, welcoming attitude.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and positive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced gym/fitness environment.
- Candidates with experience in a gym, fitness center, wellness center, hotel, salon, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
