Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities for Engineering Services across target industries.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop account penetration strategies and engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Understand customer business challenges and align Engineering Services offerings to create value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales lifecycle.

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery,



engineering, solutioning, bid management, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and industry teams to generate leads and enhance market visibility.
- Ensure seamless handover of won projects to delivery teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in selling Engineering Services within India.
- Robust understanding of the Engineering Services landscape and customer buying processes.
- Experience in managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and consultative selling approaches.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and revenue generation.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Engineering Services to:
- Industrial Machinery manufacturers
- Heavy Machinery / Heavy Engineering companies
- Capital Equipment
