Role & responsibilities
- Relevant experience in the CCTV, Video Surveillance, Security Systems, or Electronic Security industry.
- Good exposure to security surveillance solutions, including CCTV cameras, VMS, NVR/DVR, IP surveillance, and related technologies.
- Understanding of IP-based video surveillance and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of VMS software, video analytics, AI-based surveillance solutions, and security technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in technical solution design, system configuration, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Robust presentation and product demonstration skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to customers.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs,



and other customer-facing documentation.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, presales, technical, and project teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security and surveillance solutions.
- A proactive attitude with a strong interest in new technologies and challenging projects.
- Candidates with experience in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, Video Analytics, or Smart Security Solutions will be preferred.
