Core Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Monitor dishwashing, pot-scrubbing, and food prep areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team Supervision: Assign daily duties, manage staff shifts, conduct shift briefings, and train crew members on safety and cleaning protocols.
- Equipment & Inventory: Maintain cleaning tools (dishwashers, compactors), track chemical levels and water temperatures, and monitor tableware breakage or loss.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with chefs and service staff to ensure a steady supply of clean cutlery, plates, and cookware during service and banquets.
Pay: ₹25,232.27 - ₹33,141.68 per month
