Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning content for retail employees. The role involves creating classroom, digital and blended learning solutions that enhance product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, leadership capability and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training modules, SOP-based learning, onboarding programs and leadership content.
- Create e-learning courses, microlearning modules, assessments, quizzes and training videos.
- Develop storyboards, facilitator guides, learner handbooks and training toolkits.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations,



HR, Product and Training teams to identify learning needs.
- Ensure consistency, quality and brand alignment across all learning materials.
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback.
