Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless client experience and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to resolve client queries and drive client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, product setup, and ongoing support.




- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and development, to resolve client issues and improve the overall client experience.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively address any potential concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximizing value from our solutions.
- Document and report client feedback to help drive product improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the company’s product offerings to provide clients with informed guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support, client success, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle client queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
