Role Description
The Creative Director at Digital Tohfa is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Camp. This role oversees the creative vision for client campaigns, leading concept development and ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding creative strategy, managing art direction, and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and brand assets. The Creative Director reviews and refines creative work,



presents ideas to clients, and ensures all deliverables align with business objectives and performance goals. The role also involves mentoring the creative team, setting standards for design excellence, and staying current with digital and design trends.

Qualifications
- Ability to provide strong Creative Direction and lead Creative Strategy for integrated digital campaigns.
- Experience in developing and managing Branding initiatives that build consistent and memorable brand identities.
- Proficiency in Art Direction, guiding visual concepts, layouts, and overall creative execution.
- Hands-on skills in Graphic Design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior creative role within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful brand and campaign work across digital channels.
