Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (BE)
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in the assembly of electrical switchgear panels under the guidance of senior technicians/engineers.
- Read and understand basic electrical schematic drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Identify and use electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, and terminal blocks.
- Support wiring, mounting, and panel assembly activities as per work instructions.
- Follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in basic inspection of assembled panels before testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Work as part of the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any issues related to materials or assembly to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
- Basic awareness of switchgear components and electrical panels.
- Familiarity with Medium Voltage (MV) panels and Control & Relay Panels (CRP) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers only (01 year of experience).
Basic academic knowledge of electrical circuits, panel assembly, and electrical components
