Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce channels to drive sales and improve customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions; monitoring inventory and order workflows; and analyzing performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.



The role involves coordinating with marketing and web development teams to implement SEO, PPC, and UX improvements on product pages and checkout flows. The Ecommerce Specialist will also respond to customer inquiries related to online purchases, ensure accurate product information, and recommend enhancements to improve revenue and retention.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including experience with online marketplaces, storefront platforms, and product catalog management.
