SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE - PREFERABLY FROM CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND

LOCATION - BALEWADI , PUNE

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site, project and head-office positions.
- Source and onboard Civil, MEP, Billing, Planning, Safety, Quality, Stores and Project Management staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee performance reviews, appraisals, increments and disciplinary matters.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, salary structures and manpower cost reports.
- Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Construction/EPC/Infrastructure companies.
- Robust experience in construction manpower recruitment and statutory compliance.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
