I’m looking to connect with a strong
Business Development professional
who can help us grow our
NBFC & Fintech business
at
Radiant Cash Management Services
.

This is a hands-on business development role for someone who enjoys
building relationships, opening new accounts and converting conversations into actual business
.

What you’ll be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across
NBFCs, Fintechs and financial institutions
- Build relationships with decision-makers across
Business, Operations, Treasury, Finance and Network/Branch teams
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from identifying the opportunity to closing and onboarding the mandate
- Develop recent accounts across segments such as
Gold Loans, MFI, MSME, LAP, Consumer Finance and Vehicle Finance
- Work on increasing the business/wallet share from existing NBFC relationships
- Work closely with our internal Operations, Technology and Implementation teams to build the right solution for clients




- Build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue and acquisition targets
- Travel across markets when required to develop and close opportunities

Who would be a good fit?

I’m looking for someone with around
8–12 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience
, preferably from:

NBFC | Fintech | Banking | Cash Management | Payments | Financial Services

More importantly, you should have a
valuable understanding of the NBFC ecosystem and strong relationships within the industry
.

Experience with
Gold Loan NBFCs, MFI, Digital Lending, MSME/LAP, Consumer Finance or Vehicle Finance
would be an advantage.

You should be comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders, understanding their business problems, putting together a solution and, most importantly,
closing the deal
.

This is not a pure relationship-management role. It is a
growth role
, with clear ownership of new business and revenue.
