An excellent opportunity to join a leading MNC (Muenzer Bharat) in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Position: Talent Acquisition /HR Executive( 70 % hiring & 30% Hr Operation)

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Preferably from Navi Mumbai , local candidate .immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding

Handle hiring for both White Collar & Blue Collar positions

Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels

Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities

Coordinate with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions

Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related activities

Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and maintain employee records

Handle attendance, leave records, and HR-related data





Assist in employee engagement activities and address routine employee queries

Support HR policies, processes

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment & Operations

✔ Hands-on experience in hiring White Collar & Blue Collar employees

✔ Candidates with prior experience in a Recruitment Consultancy will be preferred

✔ Valuable knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms

✔ Basic understanding of HR Operations, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee documentation

✔ Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/HRMS

✔ Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai
