About the Role
NS Ventures is looking for a Project Coordinator cum Script Writer to manage and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects across India.
The role involves coordinating between drone pilots, video editors and internal teams, managing project schedules, supporting shoot planning, tracking deliverables and ensuring projects are completed on time.
The role will also involve writing and developing scripts for real estate and property videos, ensuring that the content effectively communicates the property's key features, USPs and overall brand message.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects.
Coordinate shoot requirements, including schedules, locations and other relevant details.
Coordinate with drone pilots, video editors and internal teams.
Coordinate with drone pilots and vendors across different cities in India.
Identify and onboard suitable drone pilots as required.
Maintain an updated database of drone pilots and vendors.
Prepare and maintain shoot schedules, project timelines and delivery trackers.
Support storyboarding and shot planning for drone and property videos.
Develop video concepts and scripts based on project requirements and property details.
Structure scripts according to drone footage, property highlights, key selling points and video objectives.
Review and refine scripts based on creative feedback and project requirements.
Coordinate with video editors to ensure scripts are effectively translated into final videos.
Track projects from shoot planning and execution through final video delivery.
Coordinate with video editors regarding post-production timelines and revisions.
Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks and deliverables.
