Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to handle end-to-end accounting operations for our manufacturing business in Vasai. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Tally Prime/ERP, day-to-day bookkeeping, banking reconciliations, and statutory compliance assistance (GST & TDS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions in Tally, including sales, purchase invoices, delivery challans, and stock register entries.
- Maintain cash books, petty cash vouchers, journal entries, and day-to-day ledger postings.
- Process vendor payments, track receivables, and conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle statutory compliance support, including GST returns filing, E-way bill generation, E-invoicing, and TDS deduction/reporting.




- Maintain accurate inventory/stock records and assist in preparing monthly trial balances and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with internal production, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth audit and financial reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 10+ years of core accounting experience (manufacturing or textile background preferred).
- Expert-level command over Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way bills, E-Invoicing, and taxation procedures.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to manage audit-ready books independently.
