We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team in India. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid, hands-on background in core financial controlling, accounting integrity, and reporting,



who also possesses some exposure to commercial finance.

The ideal candidate will lead financial performance management, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet/P&L; management, variance analysis, and internal controls, while acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making when needed.

Responsibilities
Financial Controlling & Governance
- Lead month-end and year-end financial closing, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting in compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage P&L;, balance sheet integrity, cost center accounting, and cash flow analysis.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce internal financial controls, policies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and highlight key financial trends, risks, and operational opportunities.
