Job Summary

Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive – Inside Sales & Lead Generation to support our growing B2B sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, cold calling, prospect research, database management, CRM and sales reporting, preferably within IT Services, HR Services, Consulting, Staffing or other B2B service industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B sales leads through LinkedIn, CRM, databases, email, cold calling and online research.
- Identify target companies, decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases and lead trackers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and initial prospect qualification.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records,



sales pipelines and lead status.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, MIS and lead-generation reports.
- Track lead conversion, follow-ups, meetings and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales or Business Development.
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Positive MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Strong internet research, data collection and database management skills.
