Role & responsibilities
- To do the recruitment process for the Office staff as well as for the factory staff by employing different sources of recruitment.
- To perform the induction process of recent employees and workers according to their job role.
- To schedule training and development activities as per the needs of the employee.
- To get new employees enrolled into the biometric system for the Time and Attendance policy.
- To implement all the organizational policies and report the deviation in the same.
- To conduct the award and reward meetings at the defined frequency.
- To handle Employee Grievances and to handle them amicably without any loss to the work schedule.
- To prepare the payroll document for management and consultant purposes.
- To maintain all the compliance-related registers and documents.
- To manage the Exit Process and Full and Final Process for all the employees.




- To create the work responsibilities and define the Role for the respective profiles.
- To be involved in the creation of KRA/ KPIs for the New and Existing workforce.
- To ensure that housekeeping is done properly in the company premises.
- To manage the Guest Entertainment as and when needed.
- To do the preparation for the event celebration as and when required.
- To conduct employee engagement activities.
- To do employer branding activities in a month.
- To upgrade own self on the new HR Practices, Rules and Regulations.
- To perform other HR and ADMIN-related work.
- To prepare the MIS and Recruitment Master of the HR Department.
- To maintain the Employee Motivation and enthusiasm during the job.
- To perform all HR functions on the Digital HR platform.
- Perform data entry in the Digital HR Platform.
