Job Description (JD) – Engagement Manager (Agile Delivery) Role: Engagement Manager Location: Remote Shift: Normal Day Shift Role Type: Techno-Functional Overview We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitation, and delivery management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery engagements, facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and problem-solving capabilities to drive predictable and high-quality delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.



Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile delivery engagements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: o Sprint Planning o Daily Stand-ups o Backlog Refinement o Sprint Reviews o Retrospectives • Manage delivery workflows, team coordination, and project tracking using JIRA and Confluence. • Drive stakeholder communication and engagement across business and technology teams. • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, and execution metrics. • Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote continuous improvement across teams
