Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate manpower planning and departmental hiring requirements.
- Maintain all HR documentation and MIS reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
