- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry
- Plan duty rosters, staff deployment, and work schedules
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs
- Manage linen, uniforms, chemicals, equipment, and inventories
- Control departmental costs and minimize wastage
- Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests promptly
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B; departments
- Prepare daily and monthly housekeeping reports
- Implement eco-friendly and sustainability practices
