Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Production Helper to support the production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities. The candidate will assist operators and production staff with material handling, machine support, loading/unloading, cleaning, and other production-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist operators and production staff in daily manufacturing activities.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in handling plywood, MDF, wood, hardware, and other materials.
- Support CNC operators, carpenters, and production workers as required.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, drilling, assembly, and other basic tasks.
- Keep tools, machines, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior production staff.




- Help maintain proper material storage and workplace safety.
- Check materials for visible damage or defects and report issues.
- Follow all company safety rules and production procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of production/manufacturing work.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment under supervision.

Educational Qualification

10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI preferred.

Experience

Freshers can apply. Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, carpentry, interior production, or factory work will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
