Were looking for someone who lives at the intersection of product thinking and technical depth. You understand how systems talk to each other, how data flows through a stack, and how to make the right call on what gets built where. Youre not just writing specs - youre writing API code, reviewing system designs, and making trade-offs that engineering teams can trust.
You understand conversational platforms well enough to know what makes them break at scale, and you care enough about the learner experience to make sure they dont. If youre someone who can hold a product roadmap in one hand and a technical architecture decision in the other - youll thrive here.
About The Role

What Youll Do
Glific Product Roadmap
- Own the roadmap for Glific as TAPs core conversational platform - powering WhatsApp and web-based chatbot experiences for 50,000+ daily active users.
- Define priorities across personalisation, grading, tutoring, messaging flows, learner journeys, and operational tooling.
- Translate user, program, support, and business needs into clear product requirements.
- Decide what should be built inside Glific versus handled by Frappe, AI/ML systems, or other backend services.
- Maintain a clear roadmap balancing user impact, engineering effort, reliability,
