Position: Product Engineer Platform Engineering / Cloud Platforms Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to design, build, automate, secure, and operate cloud-based engineering platforms that enable fast, reliable, and compliant digital product delivery across enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated application delivery.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Support Kubernetes platforms, containerized workloads, networking, storage, and runtime reliability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions.
- Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and production reliability improvements.
- Embed security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and compliance automation into delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enhance developer experience and delivery speed.




- Mentor junior engineers and promote disciplined engineering practices.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, site reliability, or release engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automated deployments, and setting provisioning.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / GKE), and container technologies.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, GitOps tools (Argo CD / Flux), and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Knowledge of secure engineering practices, policy-as-code (OPA / Kyverno), secrets management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical risks and operational trade-offs.
